62,700 original mile-63 1/2 500XL with 514 Crate

out-o-money but car is complete. Pics at:
63xl514 - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
1963 1/2 Galaxie 500XL with 62,700 original miles on body/chassis/interior. Original 352/FMX, now has 514 Ford Motorsport Crate engine, 600 hp version from first year they used Eagle h-beam rods (2002). Pictures of bottom end included and motor mounts I made from originals that are basically solid now. Runs EXCELLENT!
Aeromotive fuel pump, Holley regulator, sumped stock fuel tank, switched intake from dominator to standard Holley, BG 850 Speed Demon (950 cfm), Victor 460 intake, MSD Digital 6 ignition, Griffin radiator with Lincoln Mark VIII fan, runs cool even in 90-degree weather, Optima red top battery, 1-wire 100 amp alternator (due to lots of current needed for Mark VIII fan).
C6 with Art Carr 3800 stall converter, manual valve body and trans brake (that I will hook up next week). Shifts with stock floor console shifter because it is not a race car so I didn't want a ratchet shifter.
Stock 9-inch that was rebuilt at 55,000 miles, 3.00 gear, traction loc works and have marks in my driveway to prove. Old school traction bars.
Summit gages for water temp and oil pressure. In dash auto meter 2 5/8 tach where old temp gage was, looks neat. Exhaust is Crites headers into custom 3-inch H-pipe then into ceramic-coated 4-inch flowmasters, so it pretty much sounds like a Pro-Stock at idle. Has new Wheel Vintique Cragar look-a-likes, 15X7 front, 15X8 rear, new BFG radials, 215/70/15 from and 255/60/15 rear. Look really good.
What it needs:
Cowl hood needs some work to look perfect ($300 at a body shop) and needs headliner ($80 from Greg Donahue and $200 to install). Perfect stock hood included since cowl hood was made from a car that was parted out.
I have only been driving it to work and it is a lot of fun, only about 200 miles on the drivetrain install. Drove it to work again today and gets lots of looks. Built to be daily-driver capable with reliable parts, even gets 6 mpg!!
Price: I would LIKE to get $22,500 to let it go...or will just keep it. But like they say, its only worth what someone is willing to give you for it. No trades.
Please PM me.
Thanks FordMuscle!!

Thanks...I like the cowl look just because it is different, but have started thinking about a tear drop.
I also still have the original fender skirts and wheels/hubcaps for the car.

I added another (better) interior pic and a pic of the trunk.
Still no interest? I thought these were more desirable.

These guys are way too cheap! Keep the car. Don't drop your prices any more.

Later!
