Looking for a frame 65-68 Galaxie
My '67 Galaxie 500 Convertible has been sitting for a while, and I really miss it. At issue is the frame (big surprise). I could repair it, but I would rather replace it. It would give me an excuse to pull the body and do some other work.
I understand that frames from 66-68 will fit, as long as it is not a wagon.
65 frames are supposedly similar (useable?), but a little different at the rear suspension(?) (if I'm wrong, please correct me!)
Anyway, I am looking for a good bare frame for my car, somewhere within 300 miles or so of Wheeling WV.
If anybody has anything, please let me know. I'd like to get the old Gal back on the pavement where it belongs.
