i been thinking of buying a 2 four top hat from a tunnelram-and haveing it welded onto a alum manifold----think it would work???

You can find aftermarket FE tripower intakes pretty cheap...The problem is getting 3 good carbs that will fit them that don't cost a fortune..

I can find the ballz to pay $200 per carb, which is what they normally cost, but I will do it one carb at a time, but a damn piece of aluminum weighing 35 pounds (shaped like an FE intake) costing $350 to $500 bucks is pissing me off! ARGH!!!!!!!

So, anyone got an Aluminum Tripple Deuce intake for an FE I can buy for $100 bucks?

Lastly.... Just because people pay $350 for them don't mean that EVERYONE has to sell theirs for $350!

I mean I got my Galaxie for $1,500, my Falcon for $500, My other Falcon for $340, My other Falcon for $500... My 64 T-bird for $525......

That's a wicked kickass cool intake but it's 5 FRIGGIN HUNDRED BUCKS!

If I can buy a damn FLEET of car's that FRIGGIN RUN for $500 bucks each then I should be able to get a gawddamn Simple ass intake manifold for $50 to a hundred Bucks!
