Would You Pay $20,000 For A Low-Mile 5.0 LX Coupe?

As we have recently covered,  Fox Mustangs have exploded in value, seemingly out of nowhere. This particular 1993 5.0 Mustang LX coupe just appeared on Craigslist in British Columbia only a few days ago, and seems ready to be snapped up by someone in The States. Our currency puts us at an advantage right now, because remember, that $25,000 price tag is in Canadian!

The price for this Mustang to an American, excluding any import fees or licensing, is around $19,500, which is pretty good deal considering it has 46,000 kilometers on it. That’s only 28,500 miles!

Inside and out, this car looks like it might as well have just rolled off of the assembly line. The interior is absolutely stunning and shows zero signs of wear. Although it could use a bit of freshening, we’re not sure we’ve ever seen such a clean interior on a car from 1993.

The exterior reflects the same quality and is in the one-year only color — Reef Blue. There are no extra or rare options on the car that make it really stand out beyond just the fact that it is so low miles, but at least it has A/C so you can drive in the warm weather without getting sweat marks on the clean upholstery.

We've seen much newer cars with much worse interior. It's clear that even the 23,000 miles that are on the car, were easy ones.

This light little car is certainly a powerhouse and holds the 5.0-liter V8 engine under the hood, and that’s coupled to the five-speed manual transmission to make the drive more fun. If you are in the market for a Fox Mustang from its final production year, this would be a great start. It’s almost like buying one new. So, it you are in the market, you better scoop this one up in a hurry by visiting the full listing here.
