1967-1968 Mustang
By 1967, competition in the pony car market was noticeably stiffer. An all new body was used in '67 but styling remained the same. By the end of 1967 Mustang accounted for 6.2% of all cars produced in the United States. Only subtle appearance changes were made to the '68 model but Ford now offered a 302 and 390 in the Mustang. The 427 was also offered for a short while to be replaced by the 428.

This is a 54,323 mile original 6 cylinder car for my son. Our plans include a v8 conversion, new paint and some wheels and tires. I have most of the parts for the conversion at home so we will piece it together over the next few years and when he turns 16 he will get it.
