1987-1993 Mustang
The introduction of the '87 Mustang marked a turning point for Ford. Only slight visual changes from the '86 year, but under the hood was a different story. No longer was the 302 topped with a four-barrel carburator, but rather Electronic Fuel Injection pumped the GT model to 225 horsepower. While an economic recession hurt sales figures, this era of Mustang would undoubtedly become the most popular amongst performance enthusiasts for over the next decade. |

I purchased the car from a friend with 42K miles. It was his ex wifes car. It had the whole kenny brown catalog, but lately for the past 10 years it sat collecting dust. replaced the engine with balanced and blueprinted 306, TFS TW heads, FTI cam, GT40 intake, 24lb injectors, canton roadrace pan, longtube headers, T5Z trans, alluminum driveshaft. Flofit seats, it has a Kenny Brown 6 point NHRA legal rollbar. Upgraded suspension to maximum motorsports road and track kit, cobra brakes and 17x9 forgelines with nitto 555RII tires. |
