NMRA racing comes back to Maple Grove Raceway in 2019 with a new date but with the same great racing lineup. The 19th Annual NMRA Ford Motorsport Nationals invades the Keystone state June 27-30 and will provide a great racing experience for the Ford faithful. The Ford Motorsport Nationals has been snake-bitten by bad weather in the past, so the NMRA made the decision to shuffle the schedule around to give this event a better shot at great weather. That means that Ford fans will get to see their favorite cars and classes compete once again at the storied Maple Grove Raceway during the summer.
The Ford Motorsport Nationals signals the beginning of the latter half of the NMRA season. Racers in all of the points-earning categories will need to have their best performances ready so they can stay in the hunt for a championship. Most of the classes are still wide open, so there won’t be any shortage of important matchups on race day.
Since the NMRA is the largest all-Ford series in the world, it brings a plethora of manufactures to each of its events and the Ford Motorsport Nationals is ready to deliver. There will be all kinds of horsepower-adding parts available for fans to look at on the midway. If you need some used parts there will also be a swap meet set up, as well. For the fans who like their Fords extra shiny, a huge car show will be hosted during the Ford Motorsport Nationals, too.
