I have always been interested in taking things apart and figuring out how they work, which led to making them faster. I have spent most of my professional career under the hood of Audis, VWs and Porsches as a master technician in dealership service departments. I have been a figure in the Audi aftermarket building larger customer builds and one-off Audi vehicles. I have also been a longtime Ford truck fanatic and love the Raptors and EcoBoost F-150s. The turbocharged engines coincide with my training on Audis turbo four-cylinders and twin-turbo supercar sedans. I am working on acquiring a new F-150 Raptor, which will be my fifth F-150. The last two F-150s being the new EcoBoost that I highly modified and pushed to its limits on- and off-road. I have a Tim Allen attitude of always wanting more power with the German training of over engineering every aspect of the build. I love track driving, drifting, European DTM racing, along with off road racing or trail riding. When I am not writing about performance vehicles, I am usually in the shop or garage modifying or builds a twin turbo Audi or F-150.
