It’s no secret that when Mustang owners aren’t out doing some spirited driving with their pony cars, they like to show them off. All Mustang car shows consistently draw large numbers of participants nationwide. The Mustang community is very generous as well, and we never mind helping out a good cause by spending the day browsing some cool cars to raise money for charity.
Mustangs Unlimited is gearing up for their final in-house car show of the year. Held at their Lawrenceville, Georgia location, the Annual Fall Pony Roundup to benefit Toys for Tots, will take place on October 19. Registration is from 10am until noon, and awards will be handed out at 4 pm.
The Northeast Georgia Mustang Club is putting on the show, and it is open to all year Mustangs, and all model Ford vehicles. Entry fee is a donation of $15 or one unwrapped toy. The proceeds and the toys will go to benefit Toys For Tots, which is a nationwide organization that provides Christmas gifts to underprivileged children.
The show should be loaded with plenty of cool Mustangs and Fords, as well as other activities. The Mustangs Unlimited Georgia shows continue to grow in popularity and attendance each year, and you’re likely to find some of the hottest Mustangs from around the region at the event. The top 20 award winners will be decided by popular vote, and the best of show winner will be selected by Mustangs Unlimited staff. There’s even a rain date set for October 20.
Mark your calendars now and plan to head to Lawrenceville Georgia on October 19 for one of the final big car shows of the year, put on by our friends at Mustangs Unlimited. For more information visit the Mustangs Unlimited web site.
