Mustang Girl Monday: Melissa Fletcher Finds Love At First Sight

It’s Mustang Girl Monday brought to you by Team Mustang Girls. This week we would like to introduce Melissa Fletcher and her candy apple red 2011 GT 5.0.

Melissa grew up in a small town in Eastern Kentucky and always thought owning a nice mustang was more like a dream than a reality. Then her boyfriend introduced her to the world of racing and fast cars, and she was hooked. The smoke in the air and rumbling engines had her addicted. Melissa spent her Saturday nights staying out until four in the morning, and coming home with the smell of burnt rubber on her clothes. 

 She spotted her car one day when she was just browsing at a local dealership and thought, ” “Man how awesome would it be to have that car!” After just that one look, Melissa decided she was going to get it, it was love at first sight. “When I first sat in the beauty to test drive it, I was as giddy as a a kid on Christmas.” She took her Mustang home with her that day. One of Melissa’s favorite moments with her car? Driving by a child and hearing them say “Look mommy! A race car!” Melissa plans on adding some new parts in the future, but right now she’s just enjoying the ride.
