Mustang Girl Monday: Brittini Plys Stumbles Onto A Snake

It’s Mustang Girl Monday brought to you by Team Mustang Girls. This week we would like to introduce you to Brittni Plys and her 2001 Cobra.

Brittni’s first car was a 98 Mustang GT. She was determined to find a V8, actually that was pretty much her only priority! She went out searching for her car and fell in love with the first one she took for a test drive. Her mother thought it was “too much” car. But once she had enough money saved up she conned her grandpa into co-signing so she could buy it. She had the car for 6 years and it went though all the torture of being a first car but it never failed to start. Brittni is still convinced it was the perfect car.

Later she spotted a 2001 Cobra for sale. It wasn’t even out for an hour before she called the guy and said she wanted to buy it. She really wanted to learn to drive stick but no one would teach her so she figured the best way to learn was to buy a stick car and force herself to learn. Either that or she would have a very pretty and expensive lawn ornament!

When Brittni was first asked about sharing her Mustang story with us she started out saying it was “Nothing too exciting…Not like some people. It just happened. Then I bought a second one and will continue to always have one.” Well sometimes things are just meant to be!
