The highly anticipated 2014 Ford Fiesta ST is almost ready to hit the sales floor and the prices just went live for the whole Fiesta lineup, including the base ST with no options. Ford Motor Company didn’t do too shabby when it came to pricing the top-of-the-line Fiesta model.

Still cheaper than the Fiat 500 Abarth and Mini Cooper S, this competitive little car has a lot of punch for less money. The ST base version has been priced at $21,400 with your sedan running for $14,000 and the normal hatch back costing about $14,600.

The little hatch already comes with a Recaro seat package, electronic air, and SYNC Sony HD Audio with MyFord Touch. The Performance Blue Fiesta ST hatchback that I built on Ford’s website racked up $24,985 with that including the optional $795 Navigation upgrade.

Not trying to be biased, but this little hatchback is more aesthetically pleasing than most out there while still capable of producing 37 more horses than the Fiat Abarth. We aren’t alone as Jalopnik seems to agree that the Fiesta is the best option between the three cars.

While getting incredible gas mileage at 40 miles per gallon, this little car is capable of 197 horsepower under the ST hood, which isn’t too shabby for a small 1.6-liter. With the six-speed manual available only, the Fiesta ST will be a fun car to own and drive everyday. A perfect car for the long work commute drive and still a fun enough car to take the back way home.

What do you think of the Fiesta ST? Is it priced fair enough?
