The B&M Group released three new websites designed to increase customer satisfaction and provide instant answers and tech friendly information about the products in the B&M Group.
B&M Racing, Hurst Shifters and Hurst Driveline Conversions have all released new websites. According to B&M company spokesmen and press releases, “As important as it is to create new and innovative performance parts, websites have become key to helping enthusiasts learn more about the parts they want to purchase. These new websites offer brand new simplified navigation that allows for research before shopping and ensures the buyer gets exactly the part they want the first time they order.”
The Hurst Driveline Conversions website is the most changed of the three websites. Detailed information about the three different transmission packages and ancillary components that make these transmission swaps a snap and highlight the site’s detailed information.
B&M Racing has been a part of the automotive aftermarket since the early 1950’s. The company was built by racers and the founders identified the needs of local racers and street performance enthusiasts, and developed products to fill those needs. As the industry grew so did B&M. And as racers went faster, B&M developed products to help them break the records they just set. In the 1960’s it was B&M who developed shifters to go along with it, and later in the decade came race converters. In the 70s, B&M introduced shift and transmission improving kits. By this time the company had earned a reputation for always refining and expanding existing product lines.
Hurst Shifters was founded in 1958 as an auto repair company. Shortly thereafter, Hurst began to manufacture and market products designed to enhance the performance of automobiles, most notably for muscle cars. Hurst Shifters is known for their research and development department which has designed industry changing products over the years. Of the products and ideas that the R & D department have come up with, one of the most spectacular safety innovations of all time was invented by the R & D crew. They developed and invented the “Jaws of Life” rescue device. The company gave-away the patent without any compensation.
Hurst Driveline Conversions, located in Vista, California, is backed by more than 50 years of history from industry leaders such as B&M and Hurst Shifters. Specializing in Tremec 5-speed and Tremec 6-speed manual overdrive transmission conversion kits and related transmission installation parts, the company focuses exclusively on Tremec TKO and Tremec T56 Magnum Transmissions for classic GM, Mopar and Ford cars.
