Ford Racing Performance Parts has recently released their new 4.6 Liter Aluminator short block. The new short block contains the stock, 9.8:1 compression ratio, making it available as a direct replacement for stock 3-valve 2005-2010 Mustang engines.

Official Release:

Part Name: 4.6 Liter Aluminator Short Bock; 9.8:1 Compression Ratio

Part Number: M-6009-A463V

Part Description: Ford Racing’s new 4.6-liter Aluminator short block addresses the late model Mustang enthusiasts need for stock compression ratio and forged components. By maintaining the stock 9.8:1 compression ratio, the M-6009-A463V short block can be used as a direct replacement for the factory 3-valve short block without any calibration changes.
