J&M Products/hotpart.com has designed and manufactured an all new Mustang Billet Aluminum Vertical Link for the 2015-2018 Mustang S550 GT, EcoBoost, and V6, constructed from aircraft grade 6061-T6511 aluminum. These all new Vertical Links feature self-lubricating delrin bushings and incorporate CNC machined billet tapered and reducer bushings for the perfect bolt-in fit.
The use of our specially designed delrin bushings instead of standard rubber or poly bushings provides a vertical link that eliminates deflection and provides consistency in the rear suspension geometry. Delrin is an advanced acetal resin, a self lubricating plastic.
Delrin is designed as versatile engineering plastic with metal-like properties including high strength, stiffness, fatigue endurance, moisture, gasoline, solvent, and chemical resistance; excellent dimensional stability, and operates in a wide temp range.
