Magnaflow Releases Cat-Back Exhaust Setup For 2016 Shelby GT350

The 2016 Shelby GT350 is already a force to be reckoned straight out of the gate, but Magnaflow now offers a bolt-on cat-back system to unlock even more performance potential. This new direct-fit exhaust system is capable of freeing up to 15 extra horses and adds a smooth, deep exhaust rumble.

Ford’s 2016 Shelby Mustang GT350 is one of the most unique modern muscle cars on the road thanks to its flat-plane crank design that sits inside of a very special 5.2 liter V8. The factory exhaust is plenty aggressive, but there is always a way to free up more power and now MagnaFlow has figured out the recipe to do so with its latest valved, competition cat-back system.

MagnaFlow’s exhaust systems add a smooth, deep tone while increasing exhaust flow and power. This stainless steel bolt-on kit (PN#19283) has been engineered for maximum performance with dyno proven results, making up to 15 extra horsepower. MagnaFlow systems reduce backpressure while maintaining a rich, powerful performance tone. Annoying exhaust frequencies are dampened with a dense wall of acoustical absorbing material, and the straight-through design prevents excessive heat retention, allowing the entire system to run cooler and last longer with no restrictions .

MagnaFlow has been able to free up more power by enlarging the stainless steel tubing to 3 inches, exiting out of 4-inch polished or all-new carbon fiber tips, leaving the factory dual mode system in place.
