Chances are that if you’re reading these words, then you’re not only immersed in the Mustang hobby, but you’ve probably modified your car to some extent. Mustang owners are more likely to do this than any other car out there. No matter the extent of your modifications you’ve probably also fantasized at some point about having your car featured either here or in other publications but wondered what to do.

Last winter we did a Friday Fan Feature series for several weeks that was very successful. We’d like to start doing this again, offering up a new car feature every few weeks that was submitted by our fans. So we’re going to take a few minutes to let you know the right way to submit your cars to us.
First off, we need a story, and we need details on your car. Take the time to actually write something up, don’t send us a list of misspelled mods, and a couple of instagram photos of your car, that just won’t do the trick for this. Tell us about you, about your car, the history, have you had more than one Mustang? What makes this car special? Every Mustang owner has a Mustang story behind their Mustang ownership. Every owner of these cars lives out a lifestyle we call Mustang Every Day. So focus on that, what is Mustang Every Day to you.
Time of day, location, and angles all matter. Most importantly take your time and be creative.
You don’t have to be a professional photographer, but you do have to be creative and send us quality images. We need high resolution photos. You can use your phone, since most have a great camera. Be creative, don’t send us photos of your car in the driveway, or the garage, or in front of your house. Take a look at some of our car features, get a feel for the angles, the time of day (sunrise or sunset are best) and take your time. Make your car look like a work of art and it’s more likely to get our attention. Don’t send us low res garbage that you wouldn’t post on Facebook, send us high res beauty.
Bundle up a couple of photos and your story, and email it to us at stangtv@powerautomedia.com. Don’t message us on Facebook to submit. We’ll contact you if we’re interested in doing a Friday Fan Feature.
