In less than two weeks the automotive aftermarket world will converge on Sin City for the annual SEMA Show hosted by the Specialty Equipment Market Association. While the Las Vegas Convention Center will swell with people and parts, it will also be packed with project cars. As you might expect, this year’s show will be our first chance to see modified 2018 Mustangs — in person anyway.

That’s right, the wait is over for a look at how the latest Mustang responds to mods, as Ford continues to preview the 50-plus vehicles it will have on hand at the show. Among those cars are seven 2018 Mustangs, which are a mix of EcoBoost and Mustang GT variants modified by with a wide variety of aftermarket gear.

The hood was specially designed to tie in both old and new muscle. Looking at this Mustang from any direction brings out a feeling of what it would be like to go fast in style.”
