I’m finally finishing up the sheet metal work. I’ll do final welding in the fall when it’s a lot cooler!! I have all the floor plans replace, front right apron, front radiator support and cross brace, all the trunk floor sheet metal and lower 1/4 panels. My new doors and front fenders are in.

In the phot above, you’ll see I removed the lower 1/4 panel, tail light metal and all the trank metal. The right rear fender extention had damage, so I remove that also.

Here, the new metal is being placed in the trunk area and being spot welded.

I’m now fitting the new tail light panel and right qtr panel extension.

Above, I had to replace thte radiator support, cross member and the right apron because of battery acid damage to the surrounding area.
Below, I replaced the metal and welded in nuts for the hood hinges.

Below, you’ll see the new floor pans are all installed

Now that most of the new sheet metal is tacked in, I started to fit the TCI suspension parts, front and rear. I’ll address that install in the next thread.
