Here’s a site we came across that has the potential to be a large “how-to” community. FordMuscle always appreciates a site that delivers community AND unique “how-to” content. The people at www.boxwrench.net have taken their talents in 3D modeling and animation to create a cool web-based reference for firing order and distributor rotation for most popular V8’s, including Fords. See their Engine Specs section.
Boxwrench is also the talent behind the new Holley Troubleshooting, Install, and Tuning DVD that provides awesome 360 degree views and video that makes understanding a Holley carburetor as simple as possible. The time and effort that has been put into the incredible exploded views seen in the Holley DVD are also demsonstrated in their Basic Engine Building DVD. The site offers previews for both DVDs.
We’ll be watching to see what other references www.boxwrench.net may be converting from their DVD for web-based viewing.
