American Powertrain now offers a new X-Factor crossmember for Fox Body 1983 – ’93 Mustangs that makes installing a TREMEC 6-speed Magnum a quick bolt-in. Designed with OE dimensions, the X-Factor crossmember bolts to the original supports in the Fox Mustang.
Using new modular construction, the American Powertrain X-Factor crossmember is constructed from laser cut T-6061 aluminum, making it incredibly light yet strong which works for both street or track applications. Flex tested for applications up to 1000hp, the X-Factor for Fox bodies provides clearance for exhaust tubes up to 3.5” in diameter.
Powder coated in metallic aluminum with grade-8 hardware, the X-Factor for Fox bodies comes with a lifetime warranty against breakage.
