For those of you who were following or even submitted an answer, the winner of FordMuscle’s latest trivia contest, Name That Tailight Lens, was Mike Gaster. Mike was the first FM subscriber to correctly identify the 1962 Mercury Meteor taillight lens that was found pictured on a workbench within the article Electronic Ignition Conversions.
“Gchero” receives an honorable mention for being the second subscriber with the correct answer. Both will receive FordMuscle T-Shirts.
Mike is General Manager for a local, NAPA authorized, automotive repair shop that he’s been working at for 22 years. He is 40 years old and lives in Upper Sandusky, Ohio with his wife and 3-year old twins.
Mike has been into Fords all his life. His current “corral” holds a rotisserie restored 1966 Mustang coupe with a roller 302, Edelbrock Performer RPM goodies, and an AOD tranny.
While the ’66 coupe is complete, Mike also has a few other projects in que including a ’65 Mustang Fastback, ’70 Mustang convertible, ’66 A code coupe, and an ’89 GT.
