The man himself, Carroll Shelby, changed our world forever with the cars he and his company have built. Not long ago we said goodbye to a man that will not be forgotten, especially with cars all over the world sporting the Shelby name. Now that the dispute over Carroll’s body has been resolved, he may finally rest in peace. After his passing, the price of some of his personal possessions are bound to fetch a few dollars. Here’s one example that is about to cross the Vicari auction block.
This specific Ford Mustang Shelby GT500KR #445 was one chosen by Mr. Shelby himself for his personal use and stored at his home/ranch. This car comes with the original documentation complete with the title sporting Carroll Shelby’s signature and the bill of sale from Shelby to the current owner.
