One of the really neat things about purchasing a brand-spankin’-new Boss 302 or Raptor from your favorite FoMoCo dealer is the fact that your purchase comes with a chance to attend the driving school that’s most pertinent to your purchase. For Boss 302 owners, that’s a completely free (!) pass to the Boss Track Attack program at the Ford Racing High Performance Driving School, which takes place at Miller Motorsports Park in Utah. The one-day school costs are completely covered by Ford Motor Company, although travel and accommodations are the responsibility of the car owner. There, owners will learn how to drive their Boss 302 right to the limit using the provided Boss 302 cars – this way the owner does not have to worry about abusing their own personal vehicle, or the logistics of getting it to the school’s location.

raptor1Raptor owners get the opportunity to attend the Raptor Assault program – another one-day program designed to help owners get the most from their Ford vehicle. Raptor Assault is held outside the Miller Motorsports Park location on a huge desert-style course that shows off the killer capabilities of the Raptor on the rock course, the short course, and the desert course.

Classes are taught by a variety of instructors with experience in events like the Baja 1000 and Lucas Oil Off Road Racing series. The Raptor Assault program is offered at a discounted rate; details are available on the website.

royhillCobra Jet owners get a chance to attend Roy Hill’s Drag Racing School, where you’re bound to pick up a trick or two from your favorite drag racing teacher, the legendary Roy Hill. Although the trip to Roy’s class isn’t covered by the purchase of a Cobra Jet, Roy has planned reduced rates for CJ owners to get a chance to learn all of the important things to know about drag-racing your favorite ponycar.

Heck, he’s even purchased two Cobra Jets of his own to better learn the cars and provide quality instruction (these cars can also be rented), and this is the one course where owners usually bring their own vehicle. Roy takes them through the ropes of everything about drag racing, from staging the car to making a complete run. Only Ford Racing has these driving schools to help owners learn the intricacies of their machines on and off the track.
