The Ford Mustang can be a great promotional piece, when done right. If you need proof, look no further than the annual SEMA show in Las Vegas. This show brings out the best of the best car designers, and the Ford Mustang is always well-represented. But what happens to a show car once its time has come and gone?In the case of this red and silver 2006 Mustang GT, it wound up at the Barrett-Jackson auction. And it can be all yours, for the right price.
This highly-customized Mustang toured the country for KAO Auto Styling and Giovanna wheels – two well-known names in the aftermarket auto parts world. It made its debut at the 2006 SEMA auto show, and where it has been since, we don’t know. This show car largely left the 4.6 liter V8 engine untouched save for an engine dress-up kit. But the rest of the Mustang, from front to back, has received custom work in all sorts of ways.
