Growing up Mustang, tinkering in the garage on a variety of four wheeled horses, Shane Druck gained a passion early on for the beloved Ford Mustang. Having owned a few ponies in the past Druck, with the purchase of his 2000 Mustang GT, wanted to take things to the next level in both performance and appearance.
Looking to stand out from the normal pony herd, Druck quickly went to work to create a one of a kind two tone horse of a different color. Powered by the stock 4.6 liter V8 power plant connected to a 5-speed with pro 5.0 shifter and king cobra clutch. Performance enhancements have included a Vortech V3 supercharger and polished after cooler along with a Kenne Bell boost a pump to help regulate pump voltage and fuel flow for both street and track use. In addition 60 pound injectors were dropped in along with 78mm throttle body improving both horsepower and overall throttle response. Dyno tuned by Dave Guy Racing current numbers have been clocked at 402 hp hitting the rear wheels on 10-pounds of boost.
Moving to the exterior sporting an Endurance Motorsports custom two tone paint scheme a Cobra R hood along with a Stalker front bumper, rear wing delete, and painted cowl panel currently dress the overall outer aggressive stance.
Finishing with the cabin bay and trunk interior LEDs have been installed throughout as well what some might call some geeked out conveniences such as a Sony Playstation 4 and a 19 inch wide screen TV sported in the trunk bay. Completing the theme inside, Auto Meter gauges and clusters with billet switches have been installed as well. Looking to take this pony from the comforts of the weekend show circuit to the track what else would you do to power up this two tone horse with for a pass down the 1,320?
