There are those who claim that marriage is in trouble, pointing to statistics like the 50% divorce rate and the rise of single mothers. They might have a point. Then again, maybe more people are just holding off, waiting until they know they are with “the one” before popping the question. Once sure though, it is usually up to the man to make it all official, and some men take their marriage proposals to the next level.

Late Model Restoration posted this picture to their Facebook page the other day showing a marriage proposal of the Mustang variety. Felix Flores proposed to his girlfriend of six years, Addy Moreno, calling on dozens of other Mustang owners to help him pop the question.

Flores knew the time was right to ask Addy to marry him, and he knew she loved the Ford Mustang, so why not combine those two loves into one epic proposal? Staging in an empty parking lot east of downtown San Antonio, Felix gathered a total of 60 Mustangs by our count to spell out the words “Will U Marry Me”. Alas, there weren’t enough Mustangs for a question mark, but Addy got the point.

We won’t leave you hanging as to her answer; she said yes, and how could she not? This proposal took a lot of time and effort to coordinate, and it is also gaining a lot of viral love. If any of you gentlemen were looking for an original way to propose to your Mustang-loving girlfriends, well, you can scratch this idea off the list. Maybe try to spell out your proposal with tire marks from a burnout instead? That’d be pretty impressive.
