It’s Mustang Girl Monday brought to you by Team Mustang Girls. Meet Meghan Blaylock and her 1993 triple white Fox body Mustang!

As a kid Meghan remembers family trips to Old Bridge Township Raceway Park in New Jersey which was less than 3 miles from her home. “The roar of the track carried through the trees, every summer I longed for the smell of burning rubber and high octane race fuel.” Her father was an avid camper and loved to ice race on Lake George in New York.  At the age of 11 Meghan’s father passed and she was determined to carry on his memory by using his tools, tinkering on cars, and hitting the track with her friends.

Meghan was introduced to the Fox body by her high school friend JV and his father. “They were huge Fox body addicts and spent their free time making them ridiculously loud and fast!”  Then in 1993 Meghan saw it, a white on white on white Mustang convertible and knew it was love at first sight.

Not too long after graduating high school Meghan started a family. Her Mustang didn’t fit into the ideal vehicle for a “mommy mobile” so she traded in The White Shadow for a four door daily driver. Life went on and 5 years ago she purchased her first house and made sure it had a driveway because the thought of owning another Mustang was always in her heart. Then in February 2012 Meghan found it, her triple white Mustang Convertible, The Horse with No Name! Since then Meghan and her Horse have won the 2012 Carlisle Best in class and has been featured in several Fox body calendars.
