We always get excited when to see what the Ring Brothers bring to SEMA, and this year is no disappointment. This year it is a ‘65 Mustang coupe they are calling “The Producer,” and this ‘65 Mustang is custom everything.
Starting with a hot body kit and BASF paint, “The Producer” is a treat just to look at it. But being that it is a Mustang, it should do more than look pretty, don’t you agree? And “The Producer” certainly does produce horsepower. A whole heck of a lot of horsepower, in fact. The 351/427 stroker-V8 engine is good for a whooping 740 horsepower. Backing the small block/big-block is a T-56 six-speed transmission.
The whole rest of the chassis is a modern take on a classic build as well, from the slammed suspension to the Baer brakes that provide stopping power. With a 4” widened body, tubular chassis, and a custom interior, this is a Mustang everybody could enjoy. We can’t wait to see it live and in person next week.
