For a long time, California has been the thorn in the side of many aftermarket companies. With CAFE and EPA regulations breathing down the necks and rejecting many go-fast goodies from our favorite parts suppliers, those of us living on the West Coast had to make due with “50-state legal” requirements. If you’re a 2011+ 5.0L Mustang owner, you can rejoice. ROUSH Performance has found a way to offer enthusiasts a supercharger system that provides the horsepower you’re looking for while keeping the California “sniffer” happy.
