Teenagers are wont to bend the rules and rebel against authority figures. The fun ones, at least. Most of us are guilty of a few youthful indiscretions, which may or may not fall on the side of legality. But we think it is safe to say that most teenagers manage to make it to their 20’s without adding any felonies to their rap sheet.
A 17-year old high school student from Paulding County, Georgia, is the exception, as he faces a litany of changes stemming from a brief high-speed chase caught on tape by local deputies. This video from WSBTV has all the details.

Actually, to say that the suspect, Stanislav Nikoleav Kosev, is from Georgia is misleading. He is actually from Bulgaria, and did not have a U.S. driver’s license. When a deputy pulled young Stanislav over for blasting his music too loud, the teen decided he’d be better off trying to drive off.
Stanislav reportedly reached speeds of up to 110 mph during rush hour traffic, narrowly missing oncoming cars. The chase came to an end when the inexperienced driver attempted to go around cars on the outside, hitting a drainage ditch and flying through the air. The driver bailed on the car, which drove itself down a hill. Stanislav was arrested and now faces many, many crimes worse than driving without a license and blasting loud (probably obnoxious) music.
