Now we have some video of this pair going to work at Daytona International Speedway as part of the One Lap of America that took place a couple of months.
The One Lap of America is possibly the toughest eight days of back-to-back racing ever conceived, covering thousands of miles and many of America’s most famous race tracks. It is a grueling trek laced with races like this battle at Daytona Beach. This video is bare-bones racing people, so don’t expect much in the way of commentary.
We do know that at this particular race, the ROUSH RS3 managed to place 5th, and for the whole One Lap of America Billy Johnson and Jamie Lyons placed third overall. This video is proof of just how ridiculously fast the ROUSH RS3 Mustang is, thanks to the supercharged 5.0 engine cranking out 540 horsepower and 465 ft-lbs of torque. With an impressive suspension setup and plenty of support mods, the ROUSH RS3 isn’t to be taken lightly, that’s for sure.
