Here’s some interesting data we finally took some time to compile over at FordMuscle. Since we’ve been around for almost ten years, we have enough data to make some curious observations about what states contribute the most number of FordMuscle subscribers. In talking with enthusiasts from all over the country, we get a pretty good idea where there are hotbeds of Ford project hobbyists. While these two maps aren’t conclusive nor can we really do anything with them, the staff thought it might be interesting to get some feedback from you based on the results. Is the information consistent with your ability to easily find a Blue Oval fan who can turn a wrench in your locale?

I’m glad to see my state, Colorado, made the top twenty list even if we were number twenty. A lot of people here drive SUVs and most of them are not Fords. I don’t think anybody is suprised that California, Texas and Florida are 1 2 and 3. Wyoming or North Dakota population would just be neighborhoods in LA.
By Jim. February 27th, 2008 at 7:49 pmI’m waiting for an interactive map that shows locations of each FordMuscle subscriber, like I have seen on some sites like the Bricklin site… Be nice to know when a subscriber lives on my street!

I say put up the location for everyone.”

By Rick. November 4th, 2007 at 5:03 pmWhen the new format went up, the location of each person went away. Before, it was a default that their location was shown, but now it’s not.
Can you change that? I like knowing where people are from.
Thanks
