The article goes on to cite that the thriving automotive aftermarket is being fueled by baby boomers who now have the dough to get their dream cars of yesteryear, which are primarily musclecars. According to the author these same baby boomers are purchasing expensive “add-ons” for their newly acquired Mustangs and Camaros to one-up “fellow drivers.”
