SEMA 2011: Be Cool Electrical Fans For Any Application

Be Cool Incorporated, the cooling specialists from Essexville, Michigan, showed up at the 2011 SEMA show in their typical cool style with the entire company booth and owner Roger Rosebush sporting a Red, White and Blue theme this year, which in our book is the epitome of cool.

Rosebush explained “one of our biggest areas of focus this year is with our electric fan program. Eight out of ten customers that call us with cooling issues are typically solved with enhanced air flow. Our cooling fan program addresses these issues by giving people the information they need to make some simple choices.”

Be Cool stresses the importance of having enough air flow and mounting the electric fans properly so that enthusiasts can enjoy their vehicle.

Rosebush went on to explain the fundamentals of choosing the correct fan. “The fan must actually fit the vehicle, which can be a challenge sometimes, that it will work the way that we are telling you that it will work and that it will mount correctly and stay in place.”

A great looking fan is another important factor in Be Cool's fan program.

Be Cool has always maintained that they want their customers to have a good buying experience and Rosebush feels that their electric fan program “will stress the importance of having good enhanced air flow from a unit that looks good, fits the car and works extremely well.” According to Rosebush, these things will add up to a great experience for the consumer.

Rosebush also feels that Be Cool has simplified the wiring process for electric fans making this an easier task for even the most inexperienced automotive electrician. “We’ve made the wiring task an easy solution for the average person so they can get the fan wired correctly and take their car out and have some fun with it.”

The team at Be Cool have worked to make wiring their electric fans an easy task.

The company has invested a lot of time and research into the new electric fan program which has culminated into a new 50 page catalog strictly for Be Cool’s electric fans and accessories. “We had a light introduction of this program at last year’s show but It took us over a year to compile all the information and new part numbers into a new catalog expressly for electric fans,” claimed Rosebush.

We took a good look through the new catalog, which features four different lines of electric fans and shrouds. The names of the different product lines are pretty self explanatory, which also lends itself to finding what you are looking for quickly in the catalog.

The Qualifier series covers just about any type of vehicle or activity that you can imagine. From circle track to race car towing or drifting, the qualifier series is diverse enough to cover the field.

Be Cool’s Aluminator series feature a billet aluminum motor cover that dresses up the cooling system and adds a little bing to the engine bay.

Be Cool has incorporated more part numbers and options in electric fans to cover any application.

For the show car crowd, Be Cool offers the Show & Go series that features chrome plated cages and polished billet aluminum motor covers. According to Rosebush, “this series brings the wow factor.”

The fourth series of electric fans in the Be Cool line up is called the Extreme. Rosebush describes this series as “ideal for the most discriminating car owner or builder. When you want quality, as well as fit and finish to the highest standards… just Extreme it.”

Having staked out the entire line of electric fans, we believe that Be Cool offers something for everyone when it comes to moving air.
