Few names are as well known in the Mustang world as Kenny Brown. From garage tuner to well-known racer and supplier of aftermarket Mustang parts, Kenny Brown’s re-emergence in the past few years has been cause for celebration in the Mustang world. Not content with just building suspension and performance modifications for track Mustangs, Kenny Brown is branching out in a big way.
Putting both feet back into the niche vehicle market, Kenny Brown was kind enough to give us a sneak peek at their latest project, the first in a limited number of “Super Mustangs” that will pack some serious hardware.
Alas, this sneak peek includes precious few details. From the pictures sent to us, it’s clear that this Kenny Brown Super Mustang has track racing in mind. Massive Baer brakes have been installed with 14-inch rotors and six-piston calipers for the front and rear wheels. We caught a glimpse of a full roll cage, Paul Brown’s World Challenge Mustang hood and rear spoiler.
We have no details of what is under the hood, save for a Boss 302 intake on top of the new Coyote 5.0 engine. Beyond that, it’s a mystery, which we imagine is the way Kenny Brown likes it. We’ll get to check out the full reveal soon enough, and we’ll bring it to you the second we can. For now, let the rampant speculation begin.
