Ford revealed the 2010 Mustang at last weeks Los Angeles International Auto Show. We are deliberately slow to report it because, quite frankly, it’s not that exciting. The body has a slight redesign, with a more sloping hood and fenders. The rear bumper and tail lights are also tweaked. The interior gets some changes too. Under the hood the V8’s horsepower has been bumped from 300 to 315 through a true cold-air system and moving the redline from 5750 to 6000rpm. Torque is up 5 points to 325 lb.-ft. Full specs after the jump.
All in all they are the changes you’d expect four years into a new platform – just enough to peak interest, but not enough to cause 2005-2008 Mustang owners to sell-off their cars in order to put a down payment on the latest-greatest.
Watch the Ford promo video above and judge for yourself.
