Livernois Motorsports is no stranger to the world of high performance Mustangs. It has been testing parts, performing custom tuning, and even manufacturing parts for decades. So it’s no surprise that the team at Livernois has been working diligently on all manner of parts for the 2015 Mustang.
Livernois recently released a video of a 2015 Mustang GT featuring its 2W Package. This package consists of parts carefully chosen and tested to work together and maximize the performance of a new 5.0, without sacrificing durability, reliability or street manners.The 2W package featured in this video has the following components:
- Livernois Motorsports MyCalibrator Tuner
- Livernois Motorsports EvenFlo Thermostat
- Whipple 2.9 liter supercharger
- Long Tube headers
- Stainless Works Cat Back exhaust.
The video shows this car both on the dyno and on the street. On the dyno the package pulled an impressive 681.2 hp and 514.1 lb-ft of torque at peak, that’s a gain of 285.8 hp and 146.8 lb-ft of torque over the baseline run of 395.4 hp and 367.3 lb-ft. On the street, Livernois demonstrates the brutal acceleration, and tire shredding capability of this package.
With solid horsepower and torque across the board, it’s easy to see how this system benefits the ’15 Mustang GT whether its out for a quick cruise around the block, or headed to the track. We’re continually seeing impressive performance from the 2015 Mustang, and the 2W package from Livernois Motorsports is no exception.
