MMD uses the original OEM CAD data from Ford to ensure a perfect-fit design for both the upper and lower components, which are manufactured using a near OEM-quality high-pressure injection molded thermal plastic olefin (TPO for short). TPO is highly regarded as an extremely strong and durable material, which is why MMD has chosen to use it for its grille applications.
