We’ve all broken the speed limit before, sometimes by quite a bit. Most of us are probably guilty of a few more car-related offenses as well, from stoplight racing and “contests of speed” to doing burnouts in public places. With video camera technology included in every smartphone these days, it seems like there is always somebody on hand to catch your acts of bravery/stupidity.
This next video involves a bit of both, as we see an unidentified Mustang driver start ripping donuts in the middle of an intersection. Then a cop arrives on the scene, and a car chase ensues.
The brief video shows the driver of a New Edge Mustang inching into an unidentified intersection at night, and proceeds to start doing some donuts. It is obviously not a deserted intersection, as a car passes through before the first donut is complete, though the Mustang GT driver seems timid at first before drifting into the middle of the intersection.
And then there it is, the flashing red-and-blues of the police coming from the left sign of the screen. Bravery and stupidity are close cousins, and in this case the Mustang driver doesn’t miss a beat and guns it down the nearest straightway. And he’s gone, escaping the long arm of Johnny Law…for now. Let’s just hope this video doesn’t get him pinched. He is a Mustang driver, after all.
