It’s Mustang Girl Monday brought to you by Team Mustang Girls. This week we would like to introduce Lisa Ziolkowski and her 2015 Mustang.
Lisa’s first Mustang memory happened at the age of 4. Her parents were divorced and she was waiting for her Dad to pick her up and he pulled up in his Mustang. At the time she had no idea she was looking at a 1964 1/2 Mustang, she just knew she loved it!
From that time on Lisa knew she wanted a Mustang, but as she got older she began to wonder if her dream would ever come true. Lisa has 3 boys and her Mustang always seemed to be just out of reach. Every time she traded in a car she would “just go and look”. This past summer Lisa and her husband took their son to get his car and there was one 2014 Mustang left on the lot. She wanted it but, she had a 2013 Fusion and knew she couldn’t trade it in just yet.
Lisa’s husband knew how much she wanted a Mustang and with their boys getting older he knew it was time. He took Lisa to the dealer in December just so they could see what the new Mustangs looked like- wink, wink. He wanted to surprise her, but thought it would be better if she actually got to pick it out and test drive it. Now Lisa is the proud owner of a 2015 Mustang. “It’s beautiful and sporty. I’ve had it less than a month and it’s been cold and snowy, so I can’t wait to get it out on a sunny day. It’s my dream car!”
Each week Team Mustang Girls features a different woman and her Mustang. Check out the past featured ladies from Mustang Girl Monday and submit your own Mustang story at TeamMustangGirls.com.
