Back in February, we introduced you to Alston Race Cars’ new Pro-Link 2012 Chevrolet Camaro chassis and body package, to be built utilizing Alston’s race proven suspension components, interior kits, and Fast Glass windows and catered to the weekend warrior sportsman racer. Able to be certified up to 7.50, this was designed to be a package suitable to nearly any sportsman category. The Alston crew took to the track this week for the first time with their recently completed in-house Pro-Link Camaro, fully decked out in a stars and stripes scheme. With a Nyes Race Engines-built big block Chevrolet topped with split Dominators, no doubt the power is there, and the Weld Racing V-Series wheels compliment the looks with the “show” to match the “go.”

These cars are available with a number of options for customers to create a unique race car, with roomy cockpits, 8.50 to 7.50 certifications, complete Alston Race Cars suspension and interior kits, all of which create as close to a one-stop-shop for a tube chassis ’12 Camaro as you’ll find.
