With all the torque and power of this massive BOSS 529 engine…. I need to incorporte a proper suspension and support system. I chose TCI components for part of this objective. TCIs link: http://www.totalcostinvolved.com/new_products.cfm I purchased TCIs front and rear suspension system, torque set up, Currie F9 rear end with 3.50:1 Tru Track positraction and 1350 billet pinion yoke. This system, as you’ll see in the following pictures, tie the frame rails together and then corss braces them. At all four corners, I’ve gone with massive Wilwood disc brakes, 13″, 6-piston front and 4 piston rears.

I started with installing the front suspension and brakes. As you can see, I went with the polished package and coilover spring/shocks

Next goes on the power rack and pinon steering. I have concern with BOSS 529 engine and oilpan fitting over all this.... time will tell

As you can see here, it all attaches to the rear frame rail sub frame. This clearly shows how the front and rear frame rails are tied together and cross braced.

This is a good shot to show the Currie F9 rear end with 1350 billet pinion yoke, the torque arm that ties the rear end to the front frame rails support assembly and the adjustable pinion pivot angle braces from the torque arm to the top of the rear end

This angle shows the torque arm from the rear end running forward towards the transmission and the front frame rail assemblies. Take note of the built-in safety loop for the drive shaft and my butt.

And finally, the cross section of the rear assembly with new custom made stainless steel gas tank with built in Aeromotive A-1000 electric fuel pump and an in-line Aeromotive fuel pre-filter from Rick's Hot Rods. I'll install an external Aeromotive fuel filter.
