The way the last month has gone, it might be easier to list off who HASN’T won a major racing event using Neal Chance Racing Converters.

Beginning at the inaugural NMCA West race in Bakersfield, Calif. the last weekend in June, West coast racer Daniel Bott won the very first N/A 10.5 crown and the Wally that accompanies it.

A week later at Cecil County Dragway’s monthly Street Car Shootout, Outlaw 10.5 frontrunner TJ Kasper score another class victory, besting Steve Gorman on a holeshot, 4.396 to a 4.343 in the blazing summer heat.

At the annual NMRA/NMCA Super Bowl of Street Legal Drag Racing extravaganza near Chicago, Joe Bucaro downed Dave Beeson in an all-NCRC Nostalgia Pro Street final, 7.27 to 7.36. Neal Chance racer Dan Kroll got the best of the dominant Jason Lee in the 275 Drag Radial final, beating the champ on a holeshot, 7.54 to 7.47. they were joined in victory lane by Charlie Booze Jr., who qualified No. 1 in Hot Street/Pro Stock and powered his way to the winners circle over fellow NCRC racer Andy Schmidt in the naturally aspirated category.

At the ADRL’s Summer Drags VIII in Milan, Michigan, Neal Chance racer and two-time series champion Jason Scruggs scored his second Pro Extreme victory of the season when he bested Terry Leggett in a stellar 3.68 to 3.68 drag race.

Dan Kroll, hot off his Joliet triumph, pulled some rare double-duty July 21st at the MDRA race at the Great Lakes Dragaway, entering both the 275 and 315 radial classes. Putting some serious mileage on his Mustang, Kroll advanced to the final round in both classes, eventually winning the 275 class and finishing runner-up in 315.

Finally, the NMCA tour re-convened last weekend in Bowling Green, Ky., where Dave Beeson did himself one better after his disappointing final round loss in Joliet to finally notch his first ever Nostalgia Pro Street victory. Beeson was the No. 1 qualifier at 7.27 and downed Bucaro with a stout 7.19 in the money round. Beeson was joined in victory circle by NCRC racer Don Baskin, who drove from the No. 1 qualifying slot in the Nova to score the Pro Stock title over teammate Greg Delaney.
