Could this be Vanilla Ice’s long lost Canadian cousin? This guy is also rollin’ around in his 5.0 with the drop top down so his hair can blow. While Vanilla Ice surely enjoyed his 5.0-liter convertible, he was singing about cruising down A1A boulevard in sunny Florida, not through truly icy conditions in Canada.
While someone might be taking some Ice, Ice, Baby a little too seriously, that didn’t stop this man from rolling down a Toronto highway through blizzard-like conditions with the top down in his Fox Body Ford Mustang convertible. The car lacks snow tires and is slowly cruising down the highway toward an unknown destination.
At least he’s bundled up and the windshield is deflecting the wind for the most part, but that doesn’t stop the wrath of a blizzard from penetrating your bones. Good luck with the heater.
Most likely his top doesn’t work, at least we hope, but what trek is so important? Hopefully he was stuck at work with a broken top and had no choice but to head home like this. Other than that, I don’t see anybody in their right mind deciding to take a sweet joy ride in a hurricane-force snowstorm.
Let’s hope this guy didn’t suffer any frostbite from his frosty adventure and that his drive was relatively short. This was a funny sight regardless of the situation. While some guys will rock that low-50 degree weather in a convertible during Florida’s cooler days, this is a sight that we never get to see.
