For the fifth year, American Muscle is set to bring one of the biggest all Mustang car shows to the Pennsylvania, tri-state area. On August 11, nearly 1,400 Mustangs will invade the Media, Pennsylvania campus of Deleware County Community College, with over 4,000 spectators expected to be in attendance as well.
The show should be one of the largest single day gatherings of Mustangs and Ford fanatics in the entire country this year. Expect to see some of the loudest, baddest, and coolest cars from not only the region, but from all over the country, as the Ford faithful flock to the event.
Once again the show will also raise money for a good cause, this year’s charity is Alex’s Lemonade Stand. A non-profit that raises money and awareness for childhood cancer, including research on causes and treatments. With an estimated 263,000 new cases of childhood cancer occurring each year in children under 20 years of age worldwide, this charity is a good cause indeed.
There will also be over $20,000 in prizes given away to a few lucky Mustang owners on the premises. The show features a family friendly environment as well, with kids activities to keep the little ones entertained. Of course the American Muscle Girls will be on the premises, and a few of these beauties are also going to be making the 2014 American Muscle calendar as well.
The show also features a who’s who in the Mustang performance world of sponsors, including, Flowmaster, Borla Performance, Pypes Exhaust, Airaid, SCT Performance, Ford Racing, MHT Wheels, DBA Brakes, Performance Automatic, Mickey Thompson Tires, Covercraft, ROUSH Performance, Prestolite Performance, Carroll Tire Company, Kooks Headers and Exhaust, Exedy Clutch, TMI Products, Royal Purple, Shelby Performance Parts.
If mother nature won’t cooperate, there’s also a rain date of August 18 scheduled. Cool cars, food, music, kids activities, and give aways, what more could you ask for from a Mustang show?
