Well-known for his work in the Mustang world, German tuner Peter Schropp has had more Mustangs grace his dyno than any other place in Europe. With the new S550 Mustang still yet to hit sales floors overseas, Schropp Fahrzeugtechnik is already offering performance improvements and other tuning parts for the 2015 Ford Mustang.
Schropp Fahrzeugtechnik the German Performance Center already have their hands on a new 2.3L Ecoboost as a project car dubbed the SF360. This new project Mustang is to show exactly what these guys are capable of with this all-new S550 platform.
Schropp has the TÜV certification and modifications have been performed by the tuning shop that is ISO 9001 certified. So far, the Ecoboost project car has been bumped from its original 314 hp / 450 Nm to an impressive 360 hp / 550 Nm.
In regards to handling, Schropp installed a Steeda Handling kit which includes sport springs and sway bars. The exterior has been fitted with Schmidt Gambit wheels (8.5 x 20 with 255/35/20 front; 10 x 20 with 285/30/20 rear). Also installed was a much larger intercooler and a modified air intake, and added growl is provided by a Ford Racing exhaust system.
Also available for the S550 are rear gears, a larger turbo and many other components. Of course, Schropp Fahrzeugtechnik will offer many tuning parts for the almighty Mustang V-8. Both the EcoBoost and the 5.0L will be offered overseas.
