Edelbrock has a storied history in automotive performance. As a constant innovator, this company has stayed relevant by keeping up with the times in terms of technology, parts offerings, and manufacturing processes. While so many companies have moved operations to manufacture their parts in other countries, Edlebrock has continued it’s commitment to build their parts here in the USA. Providing not only high quality performance parts, but jobs for hard working Americans is something that the company is very proud of indeed.
The latest creation for all of us Ford fans takes aim at the Coyote crate engine market. These engines are hot right now, becoming the go to swap for anyone wanting to add performance to their Ford. It seems almost daily now we here of yet another hot car, whether a Mustang or other Ford that is getting a new Coyote swapped in.

The engine will be available with or without an electronics package for swapping into vehicles not originally equipped with a Coyote 5.0
With the success of their E-Force supercharger program for various makes and models including the Coyote, Edelbrock has now developed an E-Force Coyote crate engine. Featuring forged internals, this engine is stout enough to stand up to the rigors of supercharged performance, but will still be mild mannered enough for you to cruise around town.
How much horsepower is that crate engine making you might ask? How about 700HP at 7,000 RPM. What might really make your right foot tingle though is the incredible torque. The dyno graph provided by Edelbrock starts at 3,000 RPM and at that point Torque is already near it’s peak of 606 ft-lbs. They’re also offering this engine packaged with or without electronics. Either of those options will include water pump, alternator, belt, hoses, idler and hardware. Ordering with electronics also lands you the sensors, pedal, and ECM so you can drop the engine into just about any vehicle where it will fit under the hood and between the frame rails.
The engine comes with a two year unlimited mileage warranty. MSRP has yet to be announced. We’re thinking this would be a great Fox body sleeper engine, what would you put it in?
