JPC Racing Offering A Return-Style Fuel System for Your Mustang

Fuel your horsepower desires in your 2011-2012 Mustang GT and Boss 302 with the new JPC Racing/cp-e TopHat and Return-style fuel system. It has been months in the making as cp-e and JPC Racing have dyno and field-tested the new billet-aluminum fuel hat and return style fuel system; sold as a kit or separately by JPC Racing. The in-tank fuel pump assembly allows enthusiasts to convert to a return style fuel system for better fuel control and more volume. The factory supplies the 2011-2012 Mustang GT and Boss 302 with a returnless style fuel system but there comes a point where simply modifying the returnless setup with bigger pumps and more voltage has a negative effect on the overall tuning and drive-ability. The proper way to supply fuel to a car making 600 or more horsepower is to use a return-style fuel system. The TopHat fuel hat has provisions for a return line and bolts into the 2011-2012 fuel tank without any modifications. TopHat works with the stock level sender and venturi pump.
The billet aluminum hat is Made in the U.S.A. and comes in a three fuel pump configuration using Walbro 255 lph (GSS342) fuel pumps. The triple pump TopHat assembly is good to over 1,000 rwhp. For those who choose the complete fuel system it includes cut-to-length AN8 feed lines, AN6 return lines, and all the fittings to make it happen. In addition to the black-woven push-lock lines and fittings, JPC supplies a MagnaFuel MP-9950B fuel pressure regulator (with 1:1 boost reference), MagnaFuel 25-micron fuel filter, 100 psi fuel pressure gauge, and three relays for the fuel pumps. JPC also offers the kit with or without billet fuel rails for Coyote 5.0L engines.
