Official Release:
Eliminate lateral differential housing movement and improve the handling of your S197 Mustang with a Body-Mounted Watts Link from BMR Suspension. Stock Panhard bars allow for some lateral movement, while Watts links eliminate all side-to-side movement. Manufactured from heavy-duty 1 x 2-inch rectangular steel tubing and 3/16-inch laser-cut steel plate, BMR’s Watts link is the ultimate in strength. The BMR Body-Mounted Watts Link (WL005 – Poly/Rod End & WL006 – Rod End/Rod End) features a fabricated center pivot with a greasable Delrin bushing for smooth, bind-free movement. The links are built with left and right hand threaded 5/8-inch rod ends for easy on-car adjustability. BMR’s Watts link uses double sheer mounts, while other companies sacrificing strength using single sheer mounts. The WL005 and WL006 are 100-percent bolt-in and requires no cutting or modifying of the S197 chassis. The stability and roll center consistency of a watts link gives you greatly improved driver feel as you push your car to the limit. BMR Suspension designed the WL005 and WL006 to work well for street performance and handling applications. Available in black hammertone and red powdercoat for long-lasting good looks. Installation time is 3-4 hours. Proudly made in the U.S.A.
